Omo... I'm finally at my last phase~!!!! Yeah~! Gosh... I dedicated 2 days and all these phases for my memorial of the college...hahahahhahahhaaahha...okay... Last phase up~!
This phase is basically about my block's last meeting with the felo (Lecturer-in-charge) of my block. She basically gave us short and firm advice on our preparation for exams... Not to forget, the usual warning of "lights off after twelve". hahahhhaahhaha... (Hardest to follow warnings).
Alright..., so the entire wing managed to leave a dedication for her. A small portfolio of our pictures, autograph as well as our messages (if we left them).

People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 7
This phase would be about me on an overnight stay in a chalet with my classmates, A2T6.
We basically departed early in the morning on a Saturday a week or two before my finals.
We basically departed early in the morning on a Saturday a week or two before my finals.
It was a short ride, approximately 15 minutes to the chalet we booked. It was arranged by my class's mentor (a Sports Lecturer) and my treasurer.
Arrived at Chalet
Hanging out at Verandah
At the beach
My Practicum Head for the Second Term
We look like we're being punished~! ahahhahahahha
hahhahahahahahahha... the crazy stunts we were ordered to pull~!
Then, we had a little rest from the games. So, we basically rested in the water... OR at least I DID!!!!

Well, we played a few games. One of them was following orders. The catch of the game was following the right orders from the right name (the name used to order).

We also played a game called "Kavadi". It's a game played in ASEAN( if I'm not wrong, I was told this so I'm not sure about the facts). Well, I've played this twice before. Once in my Sports Festival Cheer and here as well. We're basically suppose to say "kavadi" while we're on offense, entering defendants territory and touch as many defendants before returning to safe territory. The defendants on the other hand are supposed to ensure the offender doesn't return to safe territory.
At night, while waiting for the rest to shower~!

Then we started cooking about 2000 hours to 2100 hours. It was due to the late delivery of food.... oh well... at least the food arrived, so we weren't starved~!
People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 6
My block held a Masquerade! Yeah, the only event where we can wear whatever we want to the Main Halls.
Notice the colour difference in the words Masquerade? hahahhahhahha... Well, my Block Vice-Head isn't quite a good speller so I was surprised at the lack of letters... hahhahahah...
Oh well, so I managed to cut the right letter with some scraps. hahahhahahah... well... better that than suffer the humiliation of not knowing how to spell the words of my block's main event right!

We had a blast~! Though, since my wing performed first, we weren't left with much food. So, I had to suck up and go around asking the other tables for the food which they took in excess to feed my hungry wing mates. Anyhow, we still enjoyed the event!
Me and my roommates all took pictures with the giant teddy bear~! Hahahhahahahahaha
Me with the rest of the Chinese in my block.
Not to forget, the room in front of mine. The girl in black is my dorm head, Nur Hidayah binti Selamat.
The transformation I underwent for the entire event~! I sat right at the back~!

People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 5
Gosh... Fourth phase already... alright... Next up is a post on my Block Sports Event.
Well, I'm part of the Block Committee as the Head of Cheeriness, ahem.... so I did need to do a little work and directing but that's just a tweeny bit. hahahahhahaha.... Well... Anyway... My wing chose the colour black to compete... but since black is already taken, I suggested adding the batik wrap you see me wearing down there... This colour difference is used to differentiate which wing we are from.

My felo block (Lecturer-in-charge) of my block was pregnant at the point of time, so she couldn't join us in the field. Hence, she gave us a short briefing on what to take care of, precautions on the field and even warned us what not to do in the block (switch of the lights after twelve). Hahhahahahaha
Well, I'll post a few pictures of just some of the games played.

The game played was spooning the egg with your mouth for a distance and returning to the original spot after that.
hehhehehe... The lazy game I played was transferring the rubber using straws. Yup... just transferring the rubber bands through straws from one end to other end without walking. Yeah... pass the rubber to your wing mates by solo straw you're using to hold the rubber band.

People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 4
Well, I joined the Christian Fellowship...(unofficially) at least.
mwahahhahahhaha....
So I managed to go to Church I twice during my whole stay there <*approx. 10 months>.
These are some of the friends I've met there. Taken at the humble church nearby the post office.

People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 3
The Big Day... The real thing... The Sports Festival.
If I'm not wrong, the Sports Festival was three days...
From 24/7/2010 to 26/7/2010. It should be on those three days to say the least because I remember missing celebrating my mom's birthday with her thanks to this sports festival...yeah... I am being sardonic.
Oh well, hehehehe... back to blogging about the sports festival.
Before we left, we took formal pictures in full costume. Fully funded by the Malacca government.
This costume is what all 'athletes' have to wear when they march for the opening ceremony.
Next picture up is the door to my room.
Gosh, the rooms here (Johor Matriculation College) have full-length mirrors, fire proof and auto-lock doors and bars to assist the disabled people in the room.
Almost everything here feels quite new but I personally think their toilet stinks because it's just plain dirty and clogged.
Then, the basketball team posed for pictures in front of our Malacca headquarters!!
Well, the next picture up is with a guy whose birthday falls on the same day as my mom's birthday~! Yeah... what a coincidence, right? hahhahhahahah... Yeah... Fanny, my classmate is also part of the Sports Festival; girl's volleyball that came up as the second runner's up during this National's event.
Hahhahahahaha... the final picture here is to do the basketball boys justice. hahahahha...Their previous picture wasn't quite clear, right, in phase 2? Well...a~hem...They brought back Silver medallions (unlike us, girls which returned with nothing except sore throats...hahahahhahaa_).

People I've Met & Memories I've Built - Phase 2
Second Phase...*ahem...yeah.... and a few more phases I suppose so that one post doesn't feel too long.
Well... I'll try to arrange according to its chronological order but if it's not arranged that way... well, it can't be helped~! hehehhehe
Well... For this phase I'll share some pics which I have from my sports festival.
In my college, this sports festival is a national event (well... that is if you're representing the college). Ahem... and of course I did represent the college in an event....hehehhehehe at a very unlikely sport at that with my *not-very-promising height.
A-hem... Basketball
Oh well... I do have to thank my lucky stars for my incredible stamina and my minimal basics in basketball. Not to forget my incredible instincts which only happens once in a while to provide a miracle... So... I'll do a short picture blog here about my experience participating in such an event!
Well...In a Sports Festival, every team would need a cheerleader. Unfortunately, we do not really have cheer groups to support us since the festival is held during College holidays and it's basically a festival where we go to a different college. So, the players themselves have to be their own cheerleaders! Well... in my case, I was the cheerleader the whole way! hahahhahahahah! Okay...okay... Here are the picture of me at the beach with my cheer-mates~!
This is my formal Cheer group where we practiced how to cheer together.
This is me with my basketball group. Just a few guys here... Maybe the rest went missing? hehe...Well, this picture was taken after we had our meal so maybe they were out loitering elsewhere...
Girlfriends I've made through this festival. The taller one; Dorothy plays basketball while the shorter one; Pei Zhen is part of the dance troupe (Hmmm... maybe I should have joined the dance troupe because everyone thought I was in it...hahahhahahha... but then I remembered Shi Yunn quoting how much of a stick I am when it comes to dancing... inflexible stick~!)
